Minimalism is key with this charming board, the rustic oak surface is simply smooth sanded, buffed and sealed with 4 coats of UV cured natural Danish oil. The resulting surface has a rich lustre and subtle natural sheen, which is hardwearing, stain resistant and easy to care for, whilst preserving the tactile warm hardwood appeal. This micro bevelled plank is classically proportioned to suit any interior space, milled from rustic grade oak which is lightly brushed to remove the soft grain from the top layer of the wood. This leaves a surface which is hard and more resistant to scratches. Coats of Danish oil are machine applied and and buffed into the textured surface, each coat is cured under a low voltage UV light. The result is a natural oiled stain resistant surface which allows the floor breathe and is simple to maintain.

V4 Wood Flooring : Deco Parquet Herringbone ZB101 Frozen Umber Brushed & Colour Oiled Rustic Oak (14/3 x 90mm)

ZB101 Frozen Umber has a thick European rustic oak surface which is brushed and textured so that subtle grey colour oils settle in the grain of this bevel edged, engineered herringbone wood flooring. Unlike traditional parquet blocks, the Deco Parquet range of floors are engineered with a thick oak top layer with bevelled edges bonded to a hardwood ply base, which means they can be bonded to any flat surface including over low energy underfloor heating systems. Their unique sizing means they can be installed in many different patterns. Also available in a matching plank, Deco Plank DC101.
