Classic wide oak planks with bevelled edges are full of rustic charm and finished to a high specification using UV cured natural oil. Oak trees are grown in managed forests and selected for their maturity, but no two trees are the same – so the random lengths of this plank allow us to use the whole tree during production. This means we don’t waste any of the precious timber, a saving that also allows V4 Approved retailers to offer a great value option for a great looking engineered oak floor.

Deco Silver Haze flooring beautifully crafted coloured floors created from an oak top layer which is lightly brushed to release the natural grain. Wood lye is then applied to bleach and colour the floors to create the deep lustred and distinctive oak tones and grain variations found in the collection.

A series of 6 steel brushes are applied to remove the soft grain from the top layer the rustic hardwood surface whilst sympathetically following the natural contours of the wide section of oak. The wear layer is then spray coated with coats of durable matt lacquer. A rubber crumb underlay developed for use with laminate and wood flooring, made from recycled
