Free Samples are available on all products which advertise the free sample icon only. 

Simply click on the free sample icon of the product(s) you like and add them to your shopping cart before proceeding to the checkout and placing your sample request order.

All samples are dispatched directly from the flooring manufacturers or our suppliers here in the UK and should be with you within 5 working days.

In the event your free sample(s) fail to arrive within 5 working days then please do not hesitate to contact us and we will investigate the reason why and arrange for further samples to be dispatched where necessary.

In the event a product has been discontinued or there are no samples currently available then we will inform you accordingly.

Important Notice – Solid Wood & Engineered flooring:

Wood is a natural product and the relatively small sample you will receive cannot be fully representative of all the products inherent characteristics of colour, grain and texture that will be found in the larger planks supplied.
